STRIKER Jonny Stuttle is looking forward to a swift return to Wimborne Town when he faces them as part of Cherries’ development squad this afternoon.
The teenager spent the end of last season with the Magpies, helping them clinch promotion from the eighth tier, into the Southern Premier.
Now Stuttle, fresh from scoring twice in a win at Weymouth last week, will look to lead the line for Alan Connell’s side against Tim Sills’s outfit at Wyatt Homes Stadium this afternoon (3pm).

Stuttle told Cherries’ website: “I’m really looking forward to it and it will be nice to go back there, this time in a different team.
“I played seven games at the end of last season and it was a valuable experience for me gaining more of a taste of men’s football and I really enjoyed it.
“Winning promotion was their main objective and it was brilliant for them to achieve it. What happened will stand them in good stead for the season ahead.
“I remember playing in front of a crowd of more than 2,300 in the final home game against Frome and almost 600 came on a Tuesday night against Evesham. Those turnouts definitely helped spur on the team to get the results they needed.
“Tim Sills is a brilliant manager and that’s showed in the success he’s had.
“He does his job very well and does well with the squad. They have brought in a few good players over the summer and I’m looking forward to seeing how they get on this season.”
Stuttle added: “I’ve been pleased with how things have gone since I stepped into the development squad.
“I’ve got a couple of games under my belt, had plenty of training sessions and went to Spain for a training camp. I just want to stay fit, play well and hopefully score some goals.”
So far in pre-season Wimborne have beaten Verwood Town, Hamworthy Recreation and Bashley, drawn with Weymouth and lost to Eastleigh.
