Hamworthy United host Romsey Town at The County Ground with a 3pm kick off.
The Hammers will be looking to extend their winning run to four matches.
They come off the back of a thrilling 3-2 win over Ash United in which Hamworthy came back from behind twice.
Star signing George Deem is in fantastic form, he has managed to find the back of the net six times in the last three matches.
Three points for Dan Cann’s side this weekend could potentially take them into the playoff places.
Elsewhere on Saturday, Poole Town make the trip to Frome Town with the Dolphins looking to get back to winning ways.
The Dorset-based side are winless in three, following the disappointing 1-0 defeat to Havant & Waterlooville.
The Dolphins went down to ten men after Harry Thomas was shown a straight red card for a ‘last man’ challenge, but the young defender will be available for Saturday’s game as his suspension starts after a seven-day period.
Poole have only scored one goal in their last three games and the lack of goals is starting to become a worry for Steve Tully’s side.
Tully said: “We just don’t look like scoring goals at the moment, I’m disappointed but we’ve got to brush ourselves off and go again”.
Despite this, Poole currently sit in 8th position, only three points off the playoffs.
Even at this stage of the season, a win this weekend is vital for Poole to keep their promotion hopes alive.
Wimborne Town are also away this weekend with the Magpies making the trip to Bottom Meadow to face Bracknell Town.
Tim Sills’ side come into the game off the back of a convincing 3-0 win at home to Tiverton Town.
Three second half goals in nine minutes ensured the Magpies secured all three points thanks to goals from Will Fletcher, Jez Bedford and Josh Carmichael.
Ben Scorey returned to action against Tiverton following his recent injury and will be in contention to start on Saturday.
Bracknell Town also come into the game following three points as they pushed Hungerford Town aside in a 2-1 win.
Looking ahead to Saturday’s game, Sills said: “Another tough game but we’re full of belief now and there’s no reason we can’t do it.”
In the Dorset Premier League this weekend, Swanage Town & Herston host table toppers Bournemouth Sports.
Hamworthy Rec Reserves are at home to Bridport Reserves whilst Poole Borough welcome Balti Sports to The Turlin Moor Recreation Ground.
