COBHAM Sports beat hosts Westland Sports 4-1 after a whirlwind start saw them score twice in the opening five minutes.
The visitors started very positively with a Callum Perry cross pushed out for a corner three minutes in.
Dan Brown stepped up and delivered a quality ball in that found the back of the net, with Dan Kelly in close attendance, to give Cobham a dream start.
The lead was doubled just two minutes later, as a Tadgh Case shot was diverted behind for another corner, with Case getting on the end of Josh Buck delivery to head home.
Westland got a lifeline after 34 minutes when Cobham failed to deal with a corner, Steve Ormrod finding the back of the net to make it 2-1.
But the visitors continued to press and the lead was extended to two again three minutes before the interval.
Dan Kelly received the ball and opened up an opportunity thanks to his tricky footwork, which he duly took via a deflection, as they led 3-1 at half time.
Cobham managed the game well in the second period, although Westland looked a threat from set pieces and when the visitors were wasteful.
Cobham saw a penalty saved in the 86th minute but put the game to bed in the fourth minute of stoppage time, Chris Manners beat the offside trap and comfortably finished from 12 yards to give Cobham the 4-1 victory.
